They have clear cost/benefit information so the player can make informed decisions about building them, and the player is expected to do so often, and if they don't it might even decay on its ownīut the player has to do cumbersome decision-wrangling to select various provinces, making anywhere from 5 to 10 clicks just to construct one type of infrastructure at a time They have various levels and can only be built one at a time just like buildings They are somewhat analogous to vanilla's Buildings in that they're province-enhancing constructions that build a province 'taller' Meanwhile, with infrastructure, my understanding is:

This is by design(?), you aren't meant to micro taxes Therefore, the best way to interface with taxes is to use the delegator and give it a budget, and let it do the taxes for you, then adjust based on its results and your desired mana/money balance So, there's no reason to ever press the 40 different buttons on the Buildings & Taxes interface related to taxes Since you can't know the cost or benefit, you can't make a cost/benefit judgement there's no decision to be made here as you have no real information You can't see what a specific tax is going to make you in a specific province You can't see what the mana cost of a specific tax in a specific province is Here's how I'm understanding taxes in 3.0:
